Gift Wrap, Gift Cards & Multiple Gifts

When you submit your order, you will receive an email acknowledgment letting you know that your order was received. If you do not receive this initial email confirmation then most likely your order was not successfully submitted. Please try your order again. If you still experience difficulties, contact us HERE so we may assist you with your order.

We will be happy to gift-wrap your purchase for a fee of $5.00 per order. You may purchase gift wrap HERE. If you would like us to enclose a handwritten card with your order, just type your message in the comment box on the shopping cart with the heading "Gift Card" before you place your order.

Purchasing more than one gift can be handled in two ways. If all gifts are being shipped to the same location they can be placed in the same order.  If you would like us to ship a gift to another address, just create a separate purchase for that order. 

Order Processing

Return & Exchange Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. During peak holiday seasons or around special occasions, it may take up to 5-10 business days (beginning the day after you place your order) to be processed and packaged for shipping. In order to maintain maximum freshness and shelf life for our products, we do not carry large amounts of inventory and in some cases, the preparations are made to order. This can add a few extra days to the order processing time. On rare occasions, ingredients required for a "made-to-order" product are out of stock and there may be an additional week or so to complete your order. We will ALWAYS notify you if your order cannot be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind our products with a 100% customer satisfaction policy and are very confident that you will be happy with your Sweet Sisters products. Please remember that all of our products are handmade and although we strive for consistency, there will be some variance from batch to batch. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the quality of our products or find them to be defective in any way, please contact us HERE so that we may assist you in the return of your product(s). We will gladly accept the return of any unsatisfactory product if received back in our offices within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit to our website for the initial purchase price. The credit may be used for any item from our website within one year of issue and you are free to select other item(s) of your choosing. Please note that we do not offer credit back to your charge card and that both the original shipping fees and your return shipping cannot be included in the credit. We recommend you use a carrier like UPS or FedEx so it can be easily tracked. If you use USPS to return an item we recommend you send it via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that have been lost or misplaced by the post office. If you would like to exchange a product for a different scent or type, we ask that you instead give it to a willing friend or family member. Due to the handmade nature our products, we cannot in good conscience re-sell your returned product(s).

Partial and Back Orders

There may be times when a product is temporarily out of stock. You will be notified of this and be given an estimate of when the item(s) is expected to be available. We will ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as it is available.

Changes & Cancellations

In order to change an order you have placed, you must cancel it within 4 hours, and replace it with a new order. We will try, but cannot guarantee that requests for changes to orders or order cancellations received more than 4 hours after the order was placed will be honored.

Ordering by Mail


If you would like to mail us your order, you can use our website's secure shopping cart to create your order without actually submitting it over the internet. Simply browse through our web site and click on “add to bag" to add items to the shopping cart order page and when you are finished, simply PRINT the shopping cart order page, then add your name, mailing and billing addresses, telephone number and credit card information (Visa, Mastercard or Discover, including credit card expiration date, to the printed order page and mail it to us at Sweet Sisters Bodycare, 2278 White Fir Place, Freeland, WA, USA. If you need to pay by check or money order (USA funds only), please make it payable to Sweet Sisters Bodycare. Please note that personal checks may take up to 14 business days for bank clearance and that there is a $30.00 charge for returned checks in addition to the amount of the check.

We ship most packages via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with Delivery Confirmation. We may at our discretion, select other carriers or methods of shipping in order to keep shipping costs reasonable.

Damaged or Lost Goods

Please inspect your package upon arrival. Should you receive goods damaged in transit, carefully verify the extent of damage, keeping all packing materials and the box as is, and then notify us right away (within 5 business days of receipt). We will give you a return authorization number and once we receive the damaged order, we will issue you the replacement. For packages sent UPS, call for a UPS representative to come and inspect your package. Make sure you notify us right away too, so we can begin processing your claim and prepare a replacement order. We cannot replace damaged merchandise until the package has been inspected by UPS and a claim number has been issued.

We value your privacy. We never rent, sell, share or exchange your personal information or your email address with ANYONE outside of Sweet Sisters Bodycare. All customer and transaction details are maintained in the strictest privacy. Orders placed on this site are routed to a secure server for processing. We use the information we collect about you (name, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, billing address and mailing address) to process orders and to notify you of your order status. We may monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve our website. Occasionally, we may request certain (optional) information from you to provide a more personalized shopping experience and notify you from time to time about important changes or additions to the Sweet Sisters web site, new products, sales, special offers  and healthy skin care advice that we hope you will find valuable. Each message you receive from us contains a link at the bottom enabling you to instantly decline if you decide you no longer wish to receive this information. Should you decide to unsubscribe from our email list and later change your mind, you can always return to the site and re-subscribe quickly and easily.

International Orders

If you are an international client, please place your order online and check the box that reads "LOCAL PICK UP" and fill in your shipping details on the checkout page. We will process the shipping fees manually after we have packaged and weighed your order. We charge EXACT shipping costs plus a minimal handling fee. We will then send you a PayPal invoice via email where you can enter your credit card information for payment of shipping fees. Once we have received confirmation from PayPal, we will ship your package.
