After flossing, apply a small amount of Detox Toothpaste to your toothbrush, wet your brush with water, and brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes. Rinse and spit, or swallow with a mouthful of pure water.
After brushing, gently scrape your tongue with the Copper Tongue Cleaner from back to front several times to remove accumulated residue (one variety of “Ama” in Ayurveda). If this stimulates a gag reflex at first, trying scraping more gently or stay further forward on the tongue.
After cleansing your teeth and tongue, apply a drop or two of Gum Drops to your tongue or finger and rub across your gum line.
