Slather over dry skin (avoiding sensitive spots) and sit tight for 5 to 15 minutes; slight tingling may occur. Before you're ready to rinse, massage your skin gently, adding warm water as needed to provide slip. Then, hop in the shower or bath to wash it off. Follow with your favorite moisturizer or nourishing body oil and you're good to go! You can also "spot treat" by giving yourself an AHA mani-pedi or applying the product to just your roughest areas.
